Les Trois Rois Basel
The image film for the smart "Les Trois Rois" hotel in Basel celebrates
its premiere. From steadycam to a 9-metre crane camera – director and
cameraman Daniel Reichenbach, supported by Reto Waser and his 12-man
team, pulled out all the stops to put Les Trois Rois into perspective.
The high point of “La Valse des Rois“ is an aria sung by Swedish opera
singer Malin Byström, specially written for this film by composer Markus
Gfeller and accompanied by Andres Joho. The film music was then
rehearsed and arranged in small sections by soundadventures in Los
Angeles together with pianist Alan Steinberger (Meet Joe Black).
